Meet the Optometrist

Dr. Pham received her bachelor of Agricultural and Life Sciences from University of Florida and finished her degree in Doctor of Optometry at University of Houston. She then completed her externships at Good Neighbors Clinic in Houston and H.I.S. Bridgebuilders in south Dallas. Dr. Pham is certified by Texas Board of Optometry as a therapeutic and glaucoma specialist. Dr. Pham performs school-aged and adult eye wellness exams, fits contact lenses including astigmatism, multifocal, rigid gas permeable, post-surgical lenses and corneal molding ortho-keratology. She also manages glaucoma, LASIK, cataract post-operative and diabetic retinopathy. She is a member of the Harris Country Optometric Society. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese. Dr. Pham and her husband welcomed their first born, Eli Huynh, in 2015. Dr. Pham enjoys spending time with her family and visiting zoos and museums with her son.

Dr. Teoh grew up in Houston, Texas and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology fromTrinity University in San Antonio, with minors in Chemistry and Sociology. She returned to Houston and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2000. Her professional externships at the Preston Eye Center and SouthWest Dallas Eye Center provided extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular infections, dry eye management, contact lens and family eye care exams.

Dr. Teoh is certified by the Texas Board of Optometry as a Therapeutic and Glaucoma specialist. She is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the Harris County Optometric Society.

In her spare time, she is an avid runner and has run many half and a full marathon. She enjoys swimming, interval training, cooking and spending time with her 2 kids and husband here in The Woodlands.

Dr. Jing He is a board-certified therapeutic optometrist. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, the highest academic distinction among his class, with his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry.

Dr. He is a passionate and caring clinician who consistently strives to provide high-quality patient care. During his clinical training, including externships at high-volume clinics such as San José Clinic in Houston, Diagnostic Eye Center in Montrose, and Family Vision Solutions in Spring, as well as internships at his home institution, Dr. He has gained extensive experience in full scope optometric practice and eye care. Dr. He has a special focus on contact lenses, including both conventional soft lenses and specialty contact lenses, such as rigid gas permeable contact lenses (RGP), scleral contact lenses, orthokeratology lenses (ortho-K), and more. He is also an expert in co-management of refractive and cataract surgery, in treating ocular injuries/diseases such as corneal injury/foreign body, dry eye syndrome, and glaucoma, and in providing care for other pathologies such as hypertensive retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration.

 
Before his journey in providing eye care, Dr. He was originally trained in pharmaceutical science and then earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Ohio University. For years, he served the roles of research scientist at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, LA, and adjunct professor at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. Dr. He has always been an avid soccer fan and soccer player in his free time. He also enjoys movies, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his wife and their dog.
